Warm-Up

Strength

Strength training is vital to our body as we age. Strength training comes in various forms with Gymnastic movements, kettlebells, and barbell lifts-learning efficiently the Olympic Lifting movements. Strength training will Keep your muscles active and strong as we age, is vital to our bone strength and keeps your muscles from atrophying!

WOD

WOD stands for Workout of the Day. Each day there will be a new workout prepared for you! Orange Squeeze CrossFit uses Comp Train and other CrossFit approved sites for the daily WOD!
